This is a milestone for us. On 10 September 2026, Carril Enterprise Group Limited was incorporated in Mauritius, with the business registration number C26239123. Our businesses now sit under this one company, and Carril Group is the name we trade under.
One home for four businesses
Until now, our companies grew side by side, each on its own. Incorporating gives them one parent:
- Carril Agency, our digital agency, with branches in the UAE and Mauritius.
- MOMO D’ECLAT, our cleaning company for homes, villas and holiday rentals in Mauritius.
- TheToolBus, our free online tools.
- Monday Ideas, new business ideas every Monday.
In the UAE, Carril Digital Marketing Services runs the agency’s work and is part of Carril Enterprise Group Limited.
Why Mauritius
Mauritius is home for us. Andrea Follet, our co-founder, is from here, and it is my second base alongside the UAE. MOMO D’ECLAT and Carril Agency’s Mauritius branch already work with clients across the island. Making Mauritius the home of the whole group felt right.
Our registered office is at No. 3, Corner Est, Les Promenades d’Helvétia, Moka.
What changes
For the people we work with, very little changes day to day. The same teams do the same work. What changes is that there is now one company behind all of it, accountable for all of it, and one place to see everything we run.
We stand for work done properly: patient, honest and made with care. Putting our companies on a proper footing is part of that.
Thank you
Thank you to everyone who has trusted one of our companies so far: clients, partners, and the people who have worked with us. To talk to us about the group, write to contact@carril.group.
